Your Outlook 2012 registration includes all sessions, continental breakfasts and breaks, two luncheons and evening reception. Spouse registration includes admission to all events.

Payment by Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer
For immediate processing, online registration is the preferred method for all Outlook 2012 registrations. If you prefer to pay by check, money order or wire transfer, you must first complete the registration form. Your registration will not be activated until your payment is received at the MFA Office. This includes inclusion in the electronic networking service. Full payment must be received no later than October 15, 2012. Registration forms are available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.

Policy for All Complimentary Conference Registrations
If your company received a complimentary registration(s), you must register prior to October 15, 2012. After October 15, 2012, the number of complimentary registrations given will be available at $500 each whether you register online or onsite.
If you intend to have your spouse accompany you to any of the networking events at Outlook 2012, including the cocktail reception, registration is required and you must pay the appropriate spouse registration fee.

Delegate cancellation requests received by MFA in writing on or before Friday, September 14, 2012, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. Delegate cancellation requests received by MFA in writing between September 15 and October 8, 2012, entitle the registrant to a full refund, minus a $400 processing fee. No refunds will be made unless the request is received in writing to MFA.
